Skill Acquisition
The skill acquisition program of the foundation provides a launching platform for emerging and creative youths with under-resourced or unrecognized initiatives thereby promoting micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.

The program in collaboration with Inspire Africa focuses on two areas mainly:
(i) Business Skills & Entrepreneurship Development
(ii) Business Plan Competition
Our Business Skills & Entrepreneurship Development program provides in-depth training in business capacity building such that the participating youth can upon completion plan, implement, monitor, and evaluation a business entity. We have so far trained and awarded certificates to 463 youths enrolled in the scheme.
Business Plan Competition
The Business Plan Competition offers a platform for both start-up & existing businesses to pitch their business ideas to a panel of judges. Successful business plans are selected based on key parameters such as community impact, innovation, reach, and feasibility and then awarded business grants (as start-up capital) to build ventures that will employ other young people. The Business Plan Competition has so far awarded 75 business ventures with a total of grant support of 63 million naira.
